Privacy Policy
This policy explains what SR Multispecialty Dental Clinic does with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be agreed to, and it covers the whole of what the site collects — which is less than most websites collect.

What we collect
When you use an appointment form. Your name, your WhatsApp number, the concern you selected, and any message you write. The form also records which page you were on when you submitted it and how you arrived at the site, so that we know which page produced the enquiry. Nothing else is added to it.
When you call or message us. Whatever you tell us, kept the same way a written enquiry is. Pressing the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp on your own device with a message already written; that conversation then happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by their terms rather than by this page.
What we do not collect here. Your clinical records are made and kept at the clinic itself, under the rules that apply to dental records. They are not part of this website and they are never sent through it.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the appointment you asked for, and to answer your question. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to any other business for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you booked an appointment.
Where it goes
When you submit a form it is sent to our own server, which writes the entry into a private spreadsheet that only the clinic can open, and alerts the reception. Your details are not posted to an advertising network and no third party receives them as part of that process.
The spreadsheet and the mailbox it notifies are hosted services, so those providers hold the data on our behalf under their own security arrangements. Access is limited to the people at the clinic who deal with appointments.
Cookies and tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies of its own. We do not know who you are until you tell us.
One thing is stored in your browser: if you close the appointment popup, a note of that is kept on your device so it does not keep reappearing. It never leaves your browser and it is not readable by us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Parts of the site are embedded from elsewhere — the map showing where the clinic is — and those providers may set their own cookies when the page loads. That is their processing rather than ours, and their own privacy policies cover it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are treating you, and for the period our professional record-keeping obligations require after that. If you asked about treatment and did not go ahead, tell us and we will remove the entry.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to srdentalcare48@gmail.com and we will deal with it. If you ask us to delete an enquiry we will, though we may need to keep clinical records separately where we are professionally required to.
Photographs, videos and before-and-after images
No patient photograph, video or before-and-after image is ever recorded or published without that patient's permission. Consent is asked for separately from consent to treatment, and saying no changes nothing about the care you receive.
If you agree to a procedure being filmed but not to your face being shown, the recording is made so that you are not identifiable — faces blurred, kept out of frame, or close-up shots only. You can withdraw consent afterwards and we will take the material down.
Written reviews shown on this site were left publicly on our Google Business Profile. They appear here as their authors published them, under whatever name the author chose to use there.
Children
We treat children, but this website is meant for the adult arranging the appointment. Please do not have a child fill in a form — book on their behalf, and bring them with you.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. The version published here is always the one that applies.
